We help our clients boost performance through smart, data-driven insights. We're looking for a skilled data analyst with strong power bi experience to join our team and help turn data into real results.
key responsibilities:
* collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to dealership performance and crm activities
* design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using power bi
* translate business requirements into data models and visualizations
* collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, client services, and product development
* identify key performance trends and provide actionable insights
* ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting outputs
required qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role
* advanced proficiency in power bi (dax, data modeling, dashboard creation)
* strong knowledge of sql and data querying tools
* experience with crm data (preferably in automotive or dealership context) is a strong plus
* excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
nice to have:
* experience with other bi tools (e.g., tableau, looker)
* familiarity with cloud platforms like azure or aws
