as a nam contracts risk manager, you will negotiate contract terms and conditions with customers while maintaining compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment for all north america region
as a nam contracts risk manager, you will be responsible for:
- managing complex sales processes and proposals involving many stakeholders on client side and internal including technical, economical, logístical and financial teams.
- negotiating contracts with customers and assuring alignment/approvals from bh side.
- validating risk and reward balance, considering factors such as terms and conditions, technical risks, margin, security of payment
- cooperating with technical colleagues to answer customer requests and discuss local conditions.
- working with medium-sized sales and handles country or large territory as a department

to be successful in this role you will:
- have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- have a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in risk mitigation or commercial.
- have exceptional written and verbal communication skills at all business levels including senior leadership
- have successful financial management and negotiation skills
