*leadventure* is looking for a *publishing supervisor*. This person must be highly attentive to detail, have strong computer skills, and can multi-task with mínimal error.

- work closely with the manager to exercise or implement policies, procedures, and systems.
- regularly communicate with the manager about problems detected in the department, and steps taken to resolve them.
- coordinate and assist in training team members to ensure that each performs his or her role properly.
- create key performance indicator (kpi) reports.
- participates in weekly management meetings with team members.
- learn the data publishing process for each data department to assist with evaluating department processes and procedures, suggesting improvements that increase productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- provide appropriate communication regarding customers, departments, or team members requiring escalation.
- performs performance evaluations of team members in conjunction with the manager.
- keeps abreast of systems in the workplace.
- drive the department forward while meeting corporate strategy and department objectives.
- developing an employee culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, retention, goal achievements, and development of employees.
- effectively plan and allocate resources to staff to accomplish work and projects while meeting department productivity and quality objectives.
- plan, evaluate, and improve the effectiveness of business processes and procedures to increase quality, efficiency, and performance.
- utilizes a focus on personal development and growth as a leader.
- consciously create a workplace culture consistent with the organization and emphasize leadventure's mission, vision, guiding principles, and values.
- provide effective performance feedback through employee recognition, rewards, and disciplinary actions, with assistance from the publishing and hr manager when necessary.
