Key account specialist
this role involves collaborating with sales teams to develop and implement a local key account strategy, focusing on service level and overall customer satisfaction. Direct contact is maintained with key accounts to ensure full alignment within customer operations and continuous improvement functions.
the position reports to the sales support manager - customer support, who oversees the resolution of specific customer issues/requirements. Key responsibilities include:
* identifying and selecting local key accounts with specific requirements in the area of customer operations;
* meeting customers to understand their needs and expectations, and proposing tools and services to deliver an exceptional customer journey and consolidate customer loyalty;
* defining and proposing service level targets for selected key accounts and ensuring their achievement through a structured follow-up process;
* measuring and analyzing key performance indicators (kpis) periodically, reporting issues, and expediting solutions to resolution owners, working closely with the continuous improvement team.
to excel in this role, candidates should possess:
* a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or similar;
* manufacturing/cost accounting/finance erp (sap) fico model, office, advanced excel skills;
* strong leadership, attention to detail, self-criticism, and excellent customer service attitude;
* advanced english proficiency;
* at least 2 years of experience.
