- comfortable being in front of camera and creating content from scratch and turnkey when necessary.
- portfolio of ugc projects.
- having your own successful blog on instagram or tiktok will be a plus.

What you will do:
- generating creative concepts and scripts for engaging and high-performing ugc videos.
- end-to-end management of ugc video creation for ads and smm, including briefing and negotiation with ugc creators and agencies.
- building a network of trusted instagram and tiktok creators and ugc agencies in spanish-speaking latam and brazil to facilitate smooth work, and exploring optimal content production methods (fast, cost-effective, high quality).
- independently creating ugc content when necessary.
- organizing and overseeing shoots when necessary.
- staying up-to-date with instagram and tiktok trends and algorithm changes to optimize content performance.
- following briefs and collaborating with the smm and marketing teams on daily basis.
