Job description:
we are seeking an hr operations coordinator to support our team in guadalajara. This role will be responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes, employee record management, benefits administration, vendor management, and general administrative tasks.
the ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field and recent experience in hr/administrative/office operations roles.
in addition to administrative skills, the selected candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

key responsibilities:
* support people operations
o develop and implement efficient onboarding and offboarding processes
o maintain accurate employee records and administer benefits
o manage vendors and perform general administrative tasks
* assist in pre-payroll
o monitor attendance and leave management
o address payroll-related incidents
* ensure compliance
o stay up-to-date on mexican labor law (lft)
o comply with imss, infonavit, and company policies
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in human resources, labor/industrial relations, administration, law, or related field
* recent graduate with internship or trainee experience in hr/administrative/office operations roles
* basic knowledge of mexican federal labor law (lft)
* strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* proactive, service-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* good english communication skills (written and spoken)
