*your roles & responsibilities*
- responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate receipt of cliente requirements.
- guarantee the reliability and records of customer requirements in sap system.
- responsible for guaranteeng performance and delivery rating with each client in accordance with mahle ́s objetives.
- supervise edi personnel to meet shipping objetives.
- responsible for reporting performance indicators in customer service on complince and delivery claims.
- manage the different customer supply system (nissan, vw, chrysler, ford, gm, jatco, mercedes, toyota)
*your skills & strengths*
- 4-5 years experience in related field
- english fluency
- sap knowledge strongly
- automotive experience (mandatory), at least last 3 years with staff in charge
