hpo is seeking for a skilled autocad drafter to join our team. This position will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans using autocad software. These drawings will support various environmental projects, including site assessments, remediation plans, and construction projects, ensuring all designs comply with industry regulations and company standards.
qualifications:
* bachelor’s degree or certification in drafting, engineering, or a related field (environmental engineering is a plus)
* proficiency in autocad and other design software (e.g., revit, civil 3d).
* strong understanding of drafting techniques and familiarity with environmental project requirements.
* excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality drawings.
* strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
* knowledge of environmental regulations, site assessments, and remediation processes is a plus.
* ability to manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.
responsibilities:
* develop and prepare detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and plans for environmental engineering projects using autocad.
* collaborate with project managers, engineers, environmental scientists, and other team members to interpret project specifications and develop accurate design solutions.
* modify and revise existing drawings to reflect changes in project scope or specifications.
* ensure that all drawings adhere to company standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
* assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports, sketches, and visual representations.
* perform site visits as needed to gather measurements, review project progress, and ensure designs are being implemented correctly.
* communicate effectively with project teams to resolve design issues and incorporate feedback.
* stay updated on industry trends, software developments, and new technologies relevant to environmental engineering and autocad drafting.
* manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
