about the role
we are looking for a ppap/pcn coordinator to join our molex guadalajara sur team. This role focuses on internal coordination, ensuring customer requirements are accurately communicated within the organization and that all ppap/pcn documentation is properly prepared for submission by global/regional teams who handle direct customer interaction.
this position ensures that internal teams have the right information, at the right time, so customer-facing functions can succeed.
responsibilities
* prepare and maintain ppap documentation internally to support global/regional ppap teams.
* coordinate pcn-related documentation by gathering inputs from engineering, quality, and other teams.
* act as an internal communication channel for customer requirements across departments.
* ensure documentation accuracy and alignment with customer and automotive quality standards.
* collaborate internally to support change management and product development requirements.
* drive improvements in documentation processes and standardization efforts.
basic qualifications
* bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, quality engineering, or related field.
* experience in quality or documentation-focused roles.
* working knowledge of ppap and pcn processes.
* advanced english skills (the whole process will be carried out in this language).
preferred qualifications
* experience in automotive manufacturing environments.
* familiarity with iatf 16949 requirements.
* strong documentation and organizational skills.
