* associate degree or 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
* ability to maintain confidential information.
* previous human resource administration experience preferred.
* proven efficiency in a high volume, repetitive work environment.
* must be organized, able to prioritize and complete projects with minimal supervision.
preferred qualifications
* excellent demonstrated written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
* strong working knowledge of the microsoft office suite.
* experience with social media / posting preferred.
