Director of sales and marketing

* a bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is required.
* the ideal candidate will possess five+ years of luxury hotel sales experience, with at least two years of leadership experience.
* prior 'lifestyle' hotel brand experience is preferred.
* proficiency in spanish and english is mandatory, with additional languages being an asset.
key responsibilities:
* develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet projected revenue targets.
* lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
* analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
* build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
