we are looking for a sales intern in culiacán to join our monterrey sales office team.
job type: part-time start date: 1st june duration: 12‐18 months
location: culiacán – local talent only.
responsibilities
* assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for key accounts.
* conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and understand consumer trends in the culiacán region.
* support the development and execution of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
* shadow experienced sales professionals during client visits, negotiations, and product presentations.
* collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
* maintain and update customer databases and sales records with accurate and timely information.
* participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and insights to improve sales performance.
* assist with administrative tasks related to sales operations as needed.
qualifications
* live in culiacán – local talent only.
* graduation date between june 2027 and december 2027.
* english advanced (will be evaluated).
* strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* proficiency in microsoft office suite (excel, powerpoint, word).
* ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‐paced environment.
* proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow in a sales career.
* prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
benefits & compensation
the gross salary for interns ranges from $9,000 mxn to $18,000 mxn and varies based on the number of hours worked per day (4, 6.5, or 8 hours). You will receive continuous coaching and mentorship, formal training, and the opportunity for promotion to full‐time after a successful internship.
