Overview:serve as a liaison for quality-related matters between internal and external clients to support daily productivity.*job description*:- ensure timely and accurate submission of reports- control of all units held in area x in nvs and npps- management of area x- supervision of the quality inspectors team- provide attention and follow-up to the unit shipping process through the rail quality team- maintain constant communication with the client representative regarding quality matters- strict follow-up on instructions from the client representative- problem-solving during shipments related to quality issues- promote employee development through appropriate training activities to enhance skills and competencies- evaluate team members and foster the development of new skills to support their growth within the company- decide work schedules for the team- delegate responsibilities to the team and review the proper performance of employees- supervise that the client's operational instructions are properly analyzed and executed in terms of quality- manage payroll, schedules, and activities of quality inspectors- oversee vpqa audit administration- report inspection results to the client through quality reports- assign daily tasks to the team- review the issuance and reception of information handled by the team- recommend alternatives in operational processes to increase productivity and ensure safe work practices- plan staff training related to delegated tasks- develop an action plan to encourage teamwork among staff- provide attention and follow-up to open points from completed audits- assign and supervise the activities carried out by the analyst- monitor the completion of wws kpis- create, review, and update sops for the quality areajob requirements:*education*: industrial engineering, bachelor's degree in business administration / commercial or related field, with degree completed.* knowledge*: administrative it, familiarity with information technologies, npps, nvs, bls.* experience*: knowledge of automotive quality, personnel management, customer-focused approach and resource administration, results-based planning, direct communication with clients, problem-solving.* required language*: intermediate english (able to hold a conversation).* availability to travel*: yes, if necessary.pay type : salary
