the burger king marketing lac team is looking for a trade marketing manager to lead in-store commercial execution and marketing initiatives. This role will lead projects and work strategically alongside the sr manager trade marketing on achieving lac initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for a strategic, growth-oriented leader with creativity, drive, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
roles and responsibilities:
* lead in-store commercial execution
* manage budget and agencies to implement materials; pop, dmb, couponing, etc.
* optimize and maximize marketing expenses to properly support all stores throughout the year.
* elevate consumers’ experience by ensuring consistent store image and service
* develop measurement tools (beyond rev that is an ops tool) to supervise and control the complex franchisee system when executing in-store communication materials.
* m aximize working vs non-working expenses, ensure proper administrative controls to comply with all accounting processes in timely manner
required skills and qualifications:
* master’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
* 4+ years of experience in innovation, marketing, or related roles,
* quick service restaurant experience or other international fmcg experience preferred.
* fluent in english and spanish.
* strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
