roles and responsibilitieslead the project team: operationally manage the resources and skills assigned to your project.ensure the technical delivery of a project, monitor the functional analysis, and control client requirements.responsible for quality, cost, and delivery management: estimate workload and unfinished work, plan and assign activities, prepare and lead weekly project committees, prepare monthly project reviews.apply alten's processes, methods, and tools (specifically the adf kit).
