main responsibilities:
* develop strategic outreach initiatives to identify and engage potential clients, including targeted prospecting and networking.
* conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client pain points, objectives, and requirements.
* create compelling business cases and proposals tailored to client needs.
* collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless business processes.
* negotiate terms and conditions to drive successful partnerships.
* manage accurate records of business activities and pipeline progression in our crm system.
* stay informed about industry trends and market developments to effectively position our solutions.
required skills and qualifications:
* candidates must have 2-4 years of experience in b2b sales or business development, preferably within saas or payments technology.
* a strong understanding of payments technology, including merchant services and payment processing.
* exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate complex concepts.
* a strategic thinker with a consultative approach and focus on building long-term client relationships.
* self-motivated and results-oriented, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* proficiency with crm software and other productivity tools.
* intermediate to advanced english language proficiency (mandatory).
