we are looking for a passionate and energetic communications specialist to join our latin america team
as a communication specialist at our company, you will support the execution of our regional plan and bring new ideas to improve all our communications efforts, internally and externally.

*key responsibilities*:
- develop and deliver strategic and tactical communication initiatives
- coordinate the development and implementation of internal communications channels and strategies per the site and regional strategy
- create and deliver internal and content management strategy
- develop clear and concise written materials for use with employees audiences
- support execution of internal communications activities by supporting the organization of corporate events (business town halls, global broadcasts, etc) and developing materials needed for different audiences (invitations, videos, key messages, q&a.)
- innovate the internal communications team through new thinking, new tools and vehicles
- work with other team members regionally and globally to accomplish the established goals and metrics for internal communications.
- understand the hon brand guidelines and support business/functions to use our brand correctly
- special projects as needed
*you must have*:
- photo and video-editing skills (desirable)
- excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- must be able to communicate successfully across and with a range of businesses and cultures
- previous working experience in communications or related field for 3-5 years
- fluent in english/spanish
- experience developing and managing digital programs, content and editorial performance.
- proven track record of successful project management examples
- bachelor degree in journalism, public relations, communications or similar relevant field.
