*responsibilities*:
1.overall health center operation oversight responsibility (management, programs, compliance, and personnel)
2.direct report support and management
3.medical examinations
4.disability management
5.integrate with business partners (connection to the business)
6.responsible for the site emergency response program
7.support wellness/wellbeing initiatives at the site
