*what you’ll do?*
- lead efforts to identify and deliver maximo asset management solutions to our client, emphasizing customer commitment, industry best practices, and continuous improvement
- this position will participate and focus on maximo solutions through all delivery lifecycle stages of a typical software implementation or upgrade
- you will be working directly with stakeholders in a global capacity and must be able to communicate effectively via phone and web conferencing
- you will be empowered to share your expertise and contribute to solutions that shape the future
- lead efforts to identify and deliver maximo asset management solutions
- work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- participate in all stages of software implementation or upgrade
- ensure adherence to industry best practices and continuous improvement
- communicate effectively with global teams via phone and web conferencing
- mentor junior team members on maximo development
- responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced distribution management systems (adms) to enhance the efficiency and reliability of our electrical grid operations.
*what you’ll bring*:
- 6+ years of maximo development/configuration experience in utilities (preferred), facilities management, or aviation
- 6+ years supporting analysis, design, build, test, configuration, and deployment activities
- 6+ years assisting with timely development and implementation of all system stages
- 6+ years of experience with custom implementations to the maximo cots model
- 6+ years of relevant experience in maximo development
- proven experience in utilities (preferred), facilities management, or aviation sectors
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields
- at least 6 years of relevant experience in maximo development
- proven experience in leading projects and mentoring team members
