requirements.
* experience managing small teams (between 4 and 6 people) at minimum.
* management of support, maintenance, and small development teams using the following technologies.
* drupal 10/11 site building, drupal 10/11 theme development, drupal 10/11 module development.
* search modules, migration modules & other custom modules.
* hosting.
* algolia for search indexing.
* redis caching.
* experience in frontend (storybook,, tailwind, css).
* * backend (php/symfony).
* headless/drupal api-first
* cron
* database: mysql/mariadb
* devops
* github/github actions + pantheon ci/cd
* entraid (azure ad) integration
responsibilities.
* experience managing small teams (between 4 and 6 people) at minimum.
* knowledge of agile methodologies.
* management of support, maintenance, and development teams.
* responsible for team training, identifying technical profiles, and determining required training for team members.
* handling of critical incidents.
* familiarity with deployment processes in lower and production environments, including documentation of such activities.
* experience working within agile methodology as a team member.
* timely updates of assigned tasks using established tools such as servicenow and jira (knowledge of equivalent tools is also considered).
* strong skills in problem management.
