Business line manager - rgd
we're looking for a strategic and commercially driven business line manager – rgd to plan and control all activities related to the assigned product lines, leading product specialists and business line advisors to achieve stronger market penetration, while promoting the company’s image and positioning business line products effectively in the market.

our client is a global provider supporting mining and infrastructure operations through advanced equipment and integrated solutions, with a strong focus on innovation, safety, and technologies such as automation, electrification, and digital systems, backed by solid r&d and lifecycle services. They have selected globe 24-7 inc. as their strategic recruitment and selection partner to successfully fill the above position.
main responsibilities
* lead commercial and operational performance of the rgd product line
* drive market growth and achieve sales targets through team leadership and coordination
* manage forecasting, budgeting, and sales planning across time horizons
* define pricing strategies and monitor margins to ensure profitability
* ensure product availability through close coordination with supply chain and support teams
* align with global stakeholders to implement strategies in the local market
* strengthen product positioning and company presence through customer engagement
the requirements
* bachelor’s degree in engineering (industrial, mechanical, civil, mining, geology or related)
* 5+ years of experience in product management, business line, or commercial leadership roles within technical/industrial environments (ideally mining)
* proven track record leading technical/commercial teams and driving market growth
* bilingual: advanced english and spanish (written and spoken)
* strong capabilities in strategic planning, sales forecasting, pricing, and market development
* experience managing pricing structures, margins, and commercial/distribution channels
* excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple levels
* strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
* ability to work cross-functionally in dynamic, results-driven environments
* leadership skills: integrity and accountability, alignment with business strategy, collaborative mindset, constructive feedback, data-driven decisions, and effective delegation
