- understands the key drivers for abb in their own business/technology area to make judgments and contribute to results.

- has overview of ip in own specialist area and develops project ip strategies.

*your background*:
- bachelor ́s degree in electronics, electric or related careers.
- five years of experience in electrical distribution or distribution transformers.
- knowledge in electrical design products.
- experience in leadership and projects management is desirable.
- conversational english level.
