job title: travel consultant agent
key responsibilities:
* manage and resolve issues by communicating with drivers and fleets.
* enforce high service standards.
* confirm completed rides and update the system accordingly or instruct drivers to do so.
* keep detailed records of interactions, issues, and solutions within our crm for consistency and follow-up.
* develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers, cs operations, sales, and external stakeholders.
* provide customer service support.
experience required:
* experience in the tourism & travel sector or ground transportation industry (preferred).
* minimum 2 years of experience as a customer support representative or similar role.
* strong operational and analytical skills.
* strong problem-solving skills.
* excellent english verbal and written communication (mandatory).
* proficiency with microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint, etc.).
* able to work full-time, 24/7, 6 days a week.
* effective time management and prioritization skills.
* ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
