We are seeking a **dedicated and motivated Call Center Supervisor** to join the team of a U.S.based healthcare clinic. This is a **full-time, on-site position** located in Roma Norte, CDMX. **Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and support a team of call center agents to ensure high-quality service
- Monitor performance and provide coaching to team members
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to schedules
- Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a call center supervisor or in a similar leadership role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead by example and foster a positive work environment
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Experience in healthcare or working with U.S. clients is a plus
