contract management- prepare, send, and track contracts for signatures, ensuring timely execution.
- maintain a structured system for contract storage and retrieval.

proposal creation- review sales call recordings and create tailored proposals that align with client needs.
- maintain a database of proposal templates for efficiency.
- ensure proposals are sent within the expected timeframe and track follow-ups.3.

- schedule and coordinate sales calls with the appropriate team members.
