your role
* provide personalized instruction and support to help students reach specific language targets
* implement dynamic lesson plans for students with diverse backgrounds and abilities
* utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to enhance student engagement and language skills
* customize syllabi to align with students' language goals and interests
* collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive learning environment
* assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians
* maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments
* create and curate interactive materials to enhance classroom learning
* contribute to projects such as social media material creation, book creation, syllabi development, and class material creation
skills and requirements
* bachelor's degree in languages, education, or related field
* minimum 3 years of experience as an english and spanish teacher (preferably with adults)
* excellent linguistic competence in both english and spanish
* passion for teaching learners of all ages, including children as young as 4 years old
* proficiency in various teaching methods and the creation of instructional materials
* flexible schedule, with availability to work weekdays and saturdays
