- preparing income tax returns and reports (monthly and annual).
- assisting the tax manager on audits and relationship with local tax authorities.
- calculating income taxes for the month end process (current and deferred income taxes).
- preparing corporate reports related to compliance activities including but not limited to income tax provision and liability, risk and control reports, internal audits, legal obligations control, etc.
- providing advisory to local teams in regard to local tax matters.
- elaborating non-income tax returns and perform other compliance and reporting functions, including payments to local tax authorities.
- supporting regional and corporate tax, finance, business, and other non-tax led projects.
- collaborating on tax accounting and compliance with oversight on adherence to the organization's tax policies.
*qualifications*
- bachelor’s degree in accountant.
- post graduated in taxes (desirable).
- 5 years of experience in tax compliance in financial sector (desirable).
- be working or had worked in a big four firm.
- knowledge on financial products’ tax treatment.
- fluent english in both written and verbal communication.
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- team-oriented and collaborative.
- ability to work under pressure.
- proactive.
- service oriented and ability to maintain relationships.
