- supervisar y administrar personal asegurando el cumplimiento al programa de producción.*key responsibilities*:
- desarrollar los procedimientos de las diferentes tecnologias de producción de acuerdo a los objetivos establecidos para la planta- desarrollar y aplicar los proyectos del programa kerry excel- dar seguimiento a desviaciones (cambios de programas, falta de ingredientes, etc)- elaborar procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo- aplicar en líneas el procedimeinto de comercialización- dar seguimiento a proyectos de calidad, seguridad industrial y mejora continua- realizar y aplicar los procedimientos derivados de ppr, po y pcc- realizar los procedimientos de verificación de pcc y po- apoyo en investigación y aplicación de acciones en quejas de clientes- promover y gestionar el cambio organizacional enfocado a la mejora continua de plant transformation*qualifications and skills*:
ingeniería industrial o afín
2 años de experiência como supervisor de producción, preferentemente en empresas de alimentos
sap/excel
inglés intermedio
