your role and responsibilities
this role involves designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable, and secure web applications using java 16, spring boot, and apache kafka. Key responsibilities include:
* application development with database interaction (sql and orm frameworks)
* integrating kafka for real-time data processing
* developing restful web services
* rigorous testing and debugging
* managing cloud-based ci/cd pipelines
* optimizing application performance
* maintaining comprehensive documentation
* collaborating effectively within teams
* continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends
* implementing robust security measures
the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of java development experience and a degree in computer science or equivalent, with a track record as a self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring secure coding practices, effective communication, and adherence to quality standards.
