*about the role*:we are looking for a *compensations & benefits specialist* to join our human resources team in an analytic and dynamic role that will conduct research and benchmark to build valuable recommendations for the company's compensation strategy and benefits program.
*main responsibilities*:you will *analyze and evaluate* the administration of *remunerations vs market*, participating in compensation surveys and economic reports to obtain the most recent trends and practices.use your insights to contribute to *the improvement of our compensation and benefits strategy.
