Business process improvement analyst
a pivotal role in enhancing organizational efficiency through sound business processes. This position acts as a liaison between technical teams and functional users, gathering requirements, providing analysis, and leading project plans and teams.
key responsibilities include:
* carrying out project planning, execution, and tracking activities to ensure timely completion of objectives.
* planning and managing medium to large-scale projects to achieve desired outcomes within predetermined timelines.
* participating in all phases of solutions development, from requirements gathering to design, development, testing, and deployment.
required qualifications:
* extensive knowledge of oracle's jd edwards erp solution is essential.
* bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field.
* strong working knowledge in accounting functionalities, including ar, ap, gl, and fixed assets, as well as supply chain, order fulfillment, sales, purchasing, inventory, and warehouse management.
* well-versed in configuration change management in complex erp environments.
* ability to work collaboratively with team members, fostering learning and knowledge sharing, while also working independently with minimal supervision.
* experience in working with global organizations, meeting diverse user needs, and developing business systems standards and structure.
