we are looking for an experienced implementation manager role who will lead and coordinate all implementation services while also supporting commercial engagements, with respect to 4/5g networks deployment activities, achieving project acceptance. You will be involved in planning, executing, acceptance activities of nro services (civil works, installation, integration services etc.) and support cpm to secure an efficient delivery process and a timely customer acceptance. This role will ensure work being performed as per the project requirements and will act as a point of contact for delivery activities towards the customer delivery organization, ericsson project organization and partners. The implementation management adheres to responsible business practices ensuring compliance to; group, legal and financial directives, global and local environmental and occupational health & safety (e+ohs), information/product security and privacy, using relevant processes and tools.
*what you will do*
- support commercial engagements with technical advice
- prioritize, coordinate and supervising rollouts activities.
- identify project delivery readiness and rfi(ready for installation) dependencies
- handle work orders and compensation
- kick-off implementation activities with (internal/external) stakeholders
- regularly supervise and follow-up progress & defined kpis, support project governance
- identify pain-points from stakeholders and drive implementation improvements
- manage acceptance procedures
- manage assigned delivery workforce
- manage ohs, ems, security & anticorruption
- implement nro process & tools and adapt with customized requirement (processes & tools)
*you will bring*
- education: bachelor level in engineering (it/telecom)
- minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions
- effective communication in english and facilitation skills
- planning and organizational skills for medium/large projects
- excellent leading and supervising skills combined with a results-oriented manner
- high self-organized ability and adaptive to complex schedules
- resilience in coping with pressures & setbacks, experience in resolving challenges
- commercial awareness and experience of delivering to budgets
- proven technical experience in 2/3/4/5g ran, mw
- ability to understand technical documents (rfds, construction drawings, structural analysis)
- site construction and deployment, field team coordination, site inspections and audits
- handling third party suppliers
