this is an exciting opportunity to join our amazon music creative operations team as a creative operations manager managing work within our brand creative space.
in this role, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing key creative programs that span across livestreaming, growth marketing, and product feature launches.
you will serve as a central creative operational hub, building the frameworks, governance structures, and cross-functional collaboration mechanisms required to successfully deliver on strategic creative initiatives.about the teamthe creative operations team is an embedded within the overall design & creative ops organization, striving and focusing on operational excellence across all business verticals within amazon music.
the creative ops team is responsible for establishing the end-to-end workflow and standard operating procedures (sops) for creative collaboration with all marketing, product, and partner design teams.
we set the standard for the process, earning trust with all partners, biasing for action when working within tight parameters, and using sound judgment to make decisions in areas of ambiguity or uncharted territories.
importantly, the creative ops also plays a key role in high-level reporting, defining and tracking key performance metrics, and maintaining comprehensive documentation on our operational processes and best practices.
creative ops partners closely with our counterparts brand creative and brand strategy to launch bar-raising campaigns, events, livestreams, features, and promotions.
- experience and understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company- experience in english-language communication skills, both written and verbal- 3+ year of experience in creative production, program coordination, or similar role- 5+ years experience managing multiple projects, across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment- experience in adobe creative suit applications, with high proficiency in adobe workfront- basic knowledge of creative and marketing technology stackour inclusive culture empowers amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
