we are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic junior brand manager to join our growing team.
responsabilities
responsible for developing and executing campaigns that enhance brand positioning, drive engagement and boost sales. Working closely with our creative and marketing teams to create compelling messages, visuals and experiences that align with our brand vision and objectives.
develop and implement brand strategies that enhance brand positioning and relevance
work closely with external agencies and suppliers to ensure high-quality execution of brand campaigns
manage all aspects of creativity and brand positioning across various channels, including digital, social, print and experiential
collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, creative, product and sales to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives
develop and lead market research to stay abreast of evolving customer needs, the competitive landscape and industry trends
monitor and report on brand performance metrics, including brand awareness, sentiment and engagement, and use insights to iterate and optimise brand strategies
what we are looking for?
education : lae, industrial engineering, bachelor’s degree in communication or marketing
over two years’ experience in a similar role
advanced english
ability to manage complexity and build high-performing teams
fostering innovation, strategic mindset, results-oriented approach.
skills: use and management of statistical tools; sap proficiency (desirable)
