technical skills:
* six sigma knowledge
* experience in improvement project management and cultural change initiatives
* total quality management
* audits, process fmea, control plans
* measurement system analysis (msa)
* statistical analysis
* feasibility analysis
* ms project
* problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies
* strong teamwork skills
experience
* 5+ years in manufacturing processes, continuous improvement, industrial engineering, or quality
* experience developing and validating new products and processes
education
* industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields
