Programmatic Strategist (Remote Mexico) - Future Opening

About the Role 
The Programmatic Strategist is a client‑facing role that manages day‑to‑day programmatic campaigns for our B2B clients. Responsibilities include building, optimizing, reporting, and communicating across all programmatic channels (display, native, video, audio, etc). The role works closely with internal creative, analytics, and account teams and represents the agency to clients.
What You’ll Do 
- Build and manage programmatic campaigns on DSPs such as DV360 and The Trade Desk.
- Develop and execute media strategies that align with client objectives.
- Integrate first‑party and third‑party data to target and segment audiences precisely.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve performance and pacing goals.
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Troubleshoot and resolve campaign performance and delivery issues.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Serve as the primary client point of contact, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations.
What You’ll Bring 
- 3+ years of programmatic experience in agency, publisher, or ad‑tech environments.
- Hands‑on media buying expertise with DSPs, especially DV360 and The Trade Desk.
- Track record of programmatic media planning, buying, and measurement for B2B/SaaS clients with budgets over $50k/month.
- Strong cross‑collaboration skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and results‑oriented approach.
Goals 
- Achieve 100% of Network Success Metrics (NSM).
- Maintain a client satisfaction score (CSAT) of 4.4+.
