Description

the seo specialist & implementor is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing strategies that improve search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and generate qualified leads. This role blends strategic seo planning with hands-on implementation, ensuring both technical and content- based initiatives are executed effectively.


key responsibilities

1. conduct keyword research and mapping to align with business goals.
2. develop seo roadmaps, including on-page, off-page, and technical strategies.
3. identify opportunities for competitive differentiation and traffic growth.
4. collaborate with leadership to align seo efforts with brand, marketing, and sales objectives.
5. on-page seo implementation
o improve site structure, url architecture, and internal linking.
o ensure seo best practices in content creation and publishing.
o implement page speed, mobile responsiveness, and core web vitals improvements.
6. content seo
o create and optimize blog posts, landing pages, and service pages for target keywords.
o work with content teams to produce high-quality, search-friendly copy.
o develop topic clusters, pillar pages, and structured content calendars.
o implement faqs, schema, and featured snippet targeting strategies.
7. technical seo
o perform site audits (screaming frog, semrush, ahrefs, etc.) and resolve issues.
o manage xml sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonical tags.
o identify and fix crawl errors, indexation issues, and broken links.
o coordinate with developers to implement site speed, mobile, and accessibility improvements.
8. off-page seo & authority building
o execute backlink-building strategies through guest posting, partnerships, and pr outreach.
o manage local seo efforts: google business profile optimization, citation building, reviews.
o track and disavow harmful backlinks.
o collaborate with industry partners for co-marketing and digital pr opportunities.
9. monitoring, reporting & analytics
o set up and manage google analytics 4, search console, and seo tools.
o develop dashboards and recurring performance reports.
o track kpis: organic traffic, keyword rankings, ctr, conversions, roi.
o provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
