key responsibilities:
* collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
* understand and contribute to the software development life cycle (sdlc) to ensure project alignment and delivery.
* generate reports and dashboards using basic sql skills to support data-driven decision-making.
* perform quality control, compliance checks, and maintain thorough project documentation.
* work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet business objectives.
* leverage prior insurance industry experience (preferred) to provide insights and recommendations.
qualifications:
* strong understanding of sdlc and project lifecycle processes.
* basic sql knowledge for report generation and dashboard creation (coding skills not required).
* experience in quality control, compliance, and documentation processes.
* prior experience working with insurance clients is a significant advantage.
* excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* exceptional english communication skills, particularly in managing stakeholders and leading client meetings.
