the credit initiation specialist 4 is an entry-level position responsible for assisting in assessing the ability of individuals, companies, and institutions to meet the demands of loans, agreements, and extended obligations in coordination with the operations - services team. The overall objective of this role is to minimize threats to the company by determining the terms or level of credit that can be granted without undue risk.
responsibilities:
* apply a higher credit authority limit; credit limits may vary depending on the country.
* support an expansive array of products/services under limited supervision.
* demonstrate technical/administrative expertise.
* understand how duties relate within the unit and with other units to achieve objectives.
* assess risk appropriately in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and ethical standards. Escalate and report control issues transparently.
qualifications:
* 1-3 years relevant experience.
* basic knowledge of professional/technical principles.
* knowledge of work area procedures and activities.
* attention to detail and accuracy.
* knowledge of specialized administrative/technical skills.
* ability to analyze credit viability per local requirements.
* clear and concise communication skills.
education:
* high school diploma or equivalent.
funciones:
* analyze applications for personal credit lines and credit cards.
* evaluate credit card applications.
* review documents/applications.
* validate documents and approve or decline credit accordingly.
* review credit bureau reports.
requisitos:
* experience in information analysis.
* document validation skills.
* intermediate proficiency in excel and word.
horario y disponibilidad:
available for 8-hour shifts between 8 am and 10 pm, including weekends and holidays, with two days off during the week.
