Integrate digital activities with broader local commercial and marketing initiatives for cohesive execution. Establish trusted relationships with local marketing leaders and key stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for regional digital topics. Facilitate regular alignment meetings and campaign reviews between regional and local teams. Capture insights, best practices, and challenges from local markets and feed them back into regional planning.
