Overviewjoin us and be part of the change!Mission: identify, engage, and qualify potential clients to fuel the sales pipeline and support the growth of rocket code in the mexican market.responsibilitieslead generation and qualification: conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers in target industries.qualify leads by understanding their needs and assessing if they align with rocket code's offerings.pipeline development: build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently generating and qualifying leads.schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the business development executive (bde) and sales team.collaboration: work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and leverage resources to engage potential clients.provide detailed lead information and insights to the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs.client engagement: establish strong relationships with prospects, acting as the first point of contact to represent rocket code professionally and effectively.address initial inquiries and provide basic information about rocket code's products and services.market insights: stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to better understand the needs of potential clients.share insights with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies.reporting: maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and activities in the crm system.report on lead generation metrics and progress toward goals.requirementseducation: bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related fields is preferred.experience: at least 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role.experience in the technology or b2b sector is a plus.skills and competencies: strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.excellent research and analytical skills to identify and qualify leads effectively.proactive and results-driven, with the ability to meet and exceed lead generation targets.strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.familiarity with crm tools (e.g., hubspot, salesforce) and sales automation software is an advantage.languages: fluent in spanish; basic proficiency in english is preferred.work modality: onsite role in monterrey, nuevo león.benefitsvacations: enjoy time off to recharge and rejuvenate.december bonus: receive an annual bonus to celebrate your contributions and hard work.referral bonus: get rewarded for bringing talented individuals to our team.training opportunities: access to ongoing training programs to enhance your skills.courses and certifications: stay ahead in your career with company-sponsored courses and certifications.position detailstipo de puesto: tiempo completo, por tiempo indeterminadosueldo: $30,* - $40,* al meslugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en *, monterrey centro, n.
