Boutique go-to-market operations (gtm ops) consultancy serving b2b technology companies.
we design and implement the systems that connect marketing, sales, and customer success—primarily inside hubspot.our work spans lifecycle architecture, lead scoring, pipeline configuration, workflow automation, and reporting infrastructure.
we are a small, senior team.
every engagement is led by a strategist.
the work is hands-on, and our clients know the difference.the rolethis is not a general project management role.
our engagements are built inside hubspot and b2b gtm systems, and the day-to-day work requires a practical understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes in a crm and marketing automation context.as a hubspot solutions consultant, you are the primary day-to-day point of contact across active client engagements.
you run status calls, manage timelines, keep clients informed, and keep projects moving between strategy sessions.you will often be the only noirlogic person in the room.
in those moments, you are expected to advise from a gtm and hubspot perspective, not just report status.you won't lead strategy, but you must understand it well enough to represent it clearly.
when something is outside your depth, you say so, bring in the right person quickly, and always close the loop.what you'll do- serve as the primary day-to-day client contact across email, slack, and async updates.
- run client update calls independently—handling status questions, providing context, and keeping conversations productive.
- advise on hubspot, crm, and b2b gtm topics during client calls, including sales pipelines, lifecycle stages, lead flow, and marketing automation.
- triage incoming client requests: resolve what you can, route what you can't, and always close the loop.
- bring in the lead strategist when questions require senior depth, clearly framing the issue before handoff.
- build and manage project timelines, track deliverables, and surface blockers before they become problems.
- prepare and maintain client-facing documentation: status updates, scope trackers, and meeting recaps.
- coordinate internally across consultants to keep projects aligned and deadlines met.
- support new client onboarding, including intake coordination, kickoff logistics, and access setup.
- monitor client health and surface relationship risks early.what you bring- 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a gtm-focused agency, consultancy, or b2b saas environment.
- hands-on hubspot experience from an operational standpoint—workflows, pipelines, contact properties, lifecycle stages, and reporting.
- strong understanding of crm and marketing automation in a b2b context.
this role goes beyond system usage or reporting.
- a consulting mindset: you can form a point of view, explain trade-offs, and advise clients when a senior lead isn't on the call.
- fluency in b2b gtm concepts—how sales and marketing systems work together, why lifecycle architecture matters, and what breaks when alignment is off.
- excellent written communication: clear recaps, tight status updates, no coaching required.
- strong project management instincts: you build timelines, track tasks, and escalate proactively.
- high emotional intelligence and comfort navigating difficult client conversations.
- experience managing multiple concurrent client relationships.
- comfort operating independently in a small, fast-moving environment.who thrives here- you've worked in hubspot enough to have opinions about it—and can articulate what good configuration looks like.
- you can explain technical choices to clients clearly, not just manage delivery timelines.
- you're organized without being rigid and know when to handle something yourself versus escalate.
- you take real ownership of your accounts and don't let things go quiet.nice to have- hubspot certifications (marketing hub, sales hub, revenue operations, or similar).
- experience working across multiple hubspot portals for different clients.
- exposure to gtm ops, marketing ops, or sales ops beyond a user or reporting role.
- experience at or alongside a boutique consultancy or advisory firm.
- experience working closely with founders or small senior teams.
- familiarity with clickup, slack, and async-first work environments.
