about the role:
we are reopening this opportunity for a senior policycenter business analyst with sbt
experience. This role is crucial to the inception phase of a major amer project the ideal
and technical teams to drive project success.
key responsibilities:
- act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to define
requirements and solutions for guidewire policycenter.
- conduct business analysis, gather requirements, and document functional
specifications.
- work closely with project teams to support policycenter implementation and
configuration.
- facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to define business processes and align
them with system capabilities.
- collaborate with developers and qa teams to ensure successful delivery of sbt-related
enhancements.
- provide guidance and expertise on policycenter version 10+ and ensure best
practices are followed.
- travel to the customer site one week per month to work directly with stakeholders and
teams.
required qualifications & skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst in guidewire policycenter projects.
- strong experience with sbt (solution-based testing).
- guidewire policycenter certification (minimum version 10 at specialist level).
- excellent understanding of policycenter functionalities, workflows, and integration
points.
- proven ability to analyze, document, and implement business process improvements.
- strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
nice to have:
- experience with other guidewire products (billingcenter, claimcenter).
- familiarity with insurance domain best practices and regulatory requirements.
- previous experience working in amer-based projects.
