you can be key part of the team that is driving and implementing digital strategy for qc area therefore impacting large user population to enable them to perform their work in laboratories more efficiently and with improved user experience!
*about the role*:
your key responsibilities:
- partner with novartis quality control personnel to understand the needs and priorities of the business, and to deliver the best solutions possible to meet the needs of the end user.
- coordinate, prioritise, and create deliverables as part of the project implementation team, in alignment with goals and objectives set by management.
- support design and implementation of processes and supporting system solutions within a highly complex qc area
- pro-actively seek to identify and communicate risks, challenges, opportunities for improvement.
- share learnings and experiences across teams, with a view to implementing best practices for novartis operations.
- identify, shape and (together with business stakeholders) prioritize technology enhancements for qc-it systems
- support future digital strategy and long-term roadmap in qc and as&t area for nto & quality
*education & experience*
- at least 5 years experience in quality control area
- qc it application and instrumentation experience with regards to troubleshooting and validation
- good grasp of it fundamentals would be advantageous

- english.
