Job summary
we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a renewals desk analyst.
this role will involve working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to exceed monthly/quarterly financial targets as part of the renewals team.
the successful candidate will be responsible for quoting maintenance/subscription renewals, processing email requests, tasks, and questions received in a general mailbox, and presenting quoting proposals to customers with the renewals team.
in addition, the ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing, operations, or renewing technology solutions, proficiency in microsoft excel and salesforce.com, and a demonstrated history of meeting performance targets.
key responsibilities:
* exceed monthly/quarterly financial targets as part of the renewals team.
* quoting maintenance/subscription renewals for assigned territories, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders.
* process email requests, tasks, and questions received in a general mailbox.
* become a super user for renewal quoting processes.
* package and present quoting proposals to customers with the renewals team.
* comfortable quoting complex contracts for multiple products with usage and price increases.
requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in purchasing, operations, or renewing technology solutions.
* proficient with microsoft excel and salesforce.com.
* demonstrated history of meeting performance targets.
* strong organizational skills, time management, and decision-making skills.
* ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* problem-solving skills, comfort with ambiguity, and creativity.
