- accurately enter group leads into sfaweb when applicable.
- act as a liaison between customers and hotels to present proposals, convert leads, and close group business.
- create a sales companion to suggest appropriate hotels to customers for potential group bookings.
- audit systems and reports (e.g., missing production, quotes, or revenue) to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- manage contract follow-up and ensure timely handover of business to properties for seamless service.
- support sales managers and directors during calls and in executing sales strategies across all segments (e.g., wholesalers, tmcs, corporate, group, intermediaries).
- assist in coordinating sales programs and events (e.g., hotel excellence, the exchange, gmid, gcaw, trade shows).
- contribute to special projects (e.g., marriott bonvoy enrollments).
- generate and organize sales reports using sfaweb, tableau, and empower.
- provide regular updates on focus accounts (e.g., group funnel, tableau dashboards).
- support the monthly manual adjustment process (report and system-wise).
