We are currently seeking a talented account management ems who wants to join a dynamic and experienced team and take their technical knowledge to the next level in our mission of excellence.
*in your new role you will*:
- regional responsibility for assigned ems accounts for both demand fulfillment and demand creation activities
- achieve team & individual business targets, drive revenue growth and gain market share
- identify the projects with high growth potential and acquire resources/ competencies to maximize design wins, including the involvement/support of the relevant hq departments
- monitor the sales and demand creation activities, and provide appropriate sales reporting timely
*you are best equipped for this task if you have*:
- minimum a bachelor degree
- at least 5 years work experience within the semiconductor industry
- excellent understanding of ems / odm business
- strong analytical skills
- advanced microsoft suite knowledge and presentation skills
- good interpersonal & communication business skills
- ability to work under pressure from both internal & external
- ability to articulate business proposals across management levelsfluent written & oral english for business
