- able to read and understand english (b2 level or higher)
- minimum of 6 months of previous job tenure (any field)
- bilingual (english & spanish)
- technical support skills or basic knowledge from studies or previous job (required)
- schedule availability
- basic microsoft skills (outlook, teams, communication tools)
- multitasking abilities and able to work under pressure
- strong communication and customer service skills
