key responsibilities
1. data analysis:
- analyze production data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- implement data collection systems to optimize overall manufacturing efficiency.
2. process improvement:
- utilize advanced analytics and statistical methods to optimize manufacturing processes and increase yield.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and monitor the impact of these changes over time.
3. reporting and visualization:
- create dashboards and reports that visualize key performance indicators (kpis) and manufacturing metrics for management review.
- present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and visual tools.

- ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements pertaining to manufacturing processes and data management.
- assist in audits and assessments related to manufacturing data practices.
required qualifications:
- education: bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, electronics engineer, or a related field.
- experience: 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field with a focus on data analytics.
- technical skills: proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., excel, tableau, power bi) and familiarity with statistical software (e.g., minitab).
preferred skills:
- analytical skills: strong ability to analyze complex datasets to inform engineering decisions.
- lean manufacturing: knowledge of lean principles and experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., six sigma).
- communication: excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
