as cutting supervisor on our team, you will: responsible to the cutting manufacturing supervisor for the execution of the productivity and quality systems in the cutting area.
*in your daily job you will*:
- review absenteeism in your area of control.
- ensure machine startup and shutdown on time.
- monitor machine hourly control and take action.
- ensure quality systems are implemented.
- ensure area maintenance
- schedule vacations, leaves, and breaks for your staff
- follow up on internal complaints and red flags for your machines
- complete qvc reports for your machines
- hold informational meetings with staff
- review the time & attendance of your staff
*your background*
key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
- bachelors degree in industrial engineering
- english level intermediate
- experience in areas of cutting or manufacturing (3 years minimum)
- experience in harness manufacturing (must)
